T.A.C.T.E.

If you find yourself in the middle of a situation that you don't want to be in you need to stay calm and figure out what you are going to do. Here is a simple process to help you do that:

T - Think calmly and clearly

A - Assess the situation

C - Create a simple plan

T - Take action

E - Evaluate progress
